Jesus shed his blood 
for us,
But does this mean we should sin?
Not at all.
We should live in devotion to Him.
Devoted to Him each and every day.
Following His teachings is the way to God.
Jesus shed His blood for us.
We need to practice compassion for all,
Because this is what Jesus would have done
Jesus, be our teacher
Help us to be loving in all things we do and say
So we can follow your teachings.

I like the way this poem goes a little deeper into theology but follows the same themes of poem #8 as to how we should live. I will read both of them to Ruth Ann Miller, and I am sure they will be a blessing to her as they are for me. Thank you for this beautiful work.
