Love God and Your Neighbor - Day 9

Oh Jesus savior of all men

You opened the way to heaven
Through your teachings

You taught men to love God and their neighbor

Treating all people with kindness, compassion, and courtesy

That all people might come to know God and love Him

And to love their neighbor as they do themselves

A Prayer for the Church Militant - Day 8

Jesus be our joy

Joy for all the world, 

Hope for all peoples

Loving kindness to all

Oh Jesus, be our teacher of joy,

Light up our world 

Along the way

We walk each day

Because devotion to you, 

And showing kindness to others 

Is the way.

Each day, we pray 

That you leave us in this way.

Amen

The Precious Blood of Jesus - Day 7

Jesus shed his blood  for us,

But does this mean we should sin?

Not at all.

We should live in devotion to Him. 

Devoted to Him each and every day.

Following His teachings is the way to God.

Jesus shed His blood for us.

We need to practice compassion for all, 

Because this is what Jesus would have done

Jesus, be our teacher

Help us to be loving in all things we do and say

So we can follow your teachings.
