The person who has respect for God is a candle to others around the world.

Pure honey is sweet, truth is sweeter.

Gold is valuable, justice is more valuable than Gold

A Woman Pours Costly Ointment on the Head of Jesus

First told in the gospel of Mathew two days before Jesus was to die 

He was eating at the house of Simon the leper 

A woman came with a costly bottle of  ointment and poured it over his head 

Jesus told them she had done a good work for me 

His disciples thought that the ointment could  have been sold for silver 

And the silver given to the poor 

Jesus said you will always have the poor, but you will not always have me.

Thus wherever the gospel is preached in world 

You are to tell the story of woman who poured ointment over Jesus' head

May we put our trust in him and confess him as our lord and savior.

In Jesus we find peace beyond understanding.

We find unconditional love and everlasting joy.

The servant is mentioned in The Old Testament

He is mentioned as the suffering servant  in  Isaiah  53...bruised and beaten for all humanity  

and psalm 22 clearly speaks of his Death When it Says they pierced his hands and feet 

they divided his clothing among them and for his garment  they cast lots.

He is also talked about  in Isaiah 61 Where he says The spirit of The Lord is upon me because he has sent me to preach the gospel to the poor, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the acceptable year of the lord

These are just a few of the old testament highlights about that was said about Jesus

Everything said about Jesus in the old  testament is for fulfilled in the New Testament to the letter.

Choose whom you will trust and serve this day?

We cannot serve both God and worldly pleasures.

For God and worldly pleasures are two different things

For we need money and some other things of this world.

All things can become idols  if we aren't careful.

May we serve Him, who made all things in heaven and earth .

May we worship him for his kindness and love are everlasting 

For his compassion never fails.

May we praise him for he gives us everlasting joy.

Christ is the way to The Father

Christ is the way to God

If we live holy through him we will be with God forever

He is slow to anger and rich in compassion

God Wants To be our Friend

He wants a friendship with all mankind, for he is their creator 

When we die, knowing we have done wrong and have not asked his forgiveness, it breaks his heart  

For us to be his friend, we should ask forgiveness for the wrongs we do 

and he will drown it at the bottom of the sea  

We know Jesus if we ask him to be our friend

he will stick closer than a brother

Jesus will forgive all; please accept his forgiveness

Jesus is forgiving to all who come to be his friend 

we ask for forgiveness, he forgives us 

For he is compassionate to all sinners 

If we ask him, he forgives and forgets all we have done wrong 

But if we don't ask for his forgiveness 

we suffer everlasting pain and fire

Walking in the ways of Christ

May we be kind as He is kind
He was gentle, may we learn to be the same
May we seek the will of God and do it
May we see God in all the people we help, for God made all people
He taught us to forgive, may we be ever forgiving

Praise him who created heaven and earth and all things therein.

He made us by his will and by his will we do exist.

For he is the God who created us, so he loves us as a painter loves his painting because he made it.

We are his masterpiece; he has made us with many colors and great care.

Praise him with music and dancing and with good deeds of every kind.

Praise him for he will never leave us.

Praise him with all you have for he is your father and creator.

Praise him because he has given us his only son that we may have abundant and eternal life.

The joy of the Lord makes the believer strong.

And rejoicing gives praises to God.

Joy helps us become better in mind and heart.

When you have joy, people will know you as a believer

For they will see your life is happy and love is over-flowing in your being.

For joy is the effort of the holy spirit.

Joy is like a pineapple

Peace is like a grapefruit

Patience is like an orange

Kindness is like an apple

Goodness is like an apricot

Faithfulness is like a strawberry

 Gentleness is like a blackberry

Self-control is like a raspberry

These teach us that we must cultivate fruits of spirit

So they can be seen in our lives

So others will know we are followers of Christ

God is Love

God is love

He is ever giving and forgiving

For He created all things

All love is of God

Love is the sign of Christianity

 Love is all we ever need

God Is love and he gave his son as our leader and savior

That we might be pleasing to him 

For only by faith in the beloved son can we be pleasing to him

Do not use Christianity as a means to hurt others that you do not like

So Christians, be kind to each other no matter how different we may be

When we love others, the world knows we belong to Christ

Therefore, be loving even as your father is loving

Above all don’t judge others, for it is not your place and you will be judged like you judge others

For God will judge the actions of all people good and bad

Christians know how to love, least you become hypocrites

For if you love God you must love other people, then you truly love God

If you say you love God and hate others then you don’t love God
